By any mean, please be patient. As you read carefully and agree to the Term of Service, I have responsibility to complete your commission in time
Your request must be clear and enough reference. If not, I will charge more for that
I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a watermarked, low-quality version for safety purposes. I have the right to include my artwork in artbooks, editorial projects, and selling prints, (previously commissioned or not) unless I'm informed beforehand. There will be an added fee if the client does not want me to post the work on my social media
Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights. Click here to learn more about buying the commercials rights
Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client)
Even if they bought the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own
The client must credit me (@tina_inekun) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased
I have no interest in NFT (Non-fungible Token). Please do NOT use my art for any NFT related reasons
I will be prioritizing commissions by first Rushed, then Commercial art, and lastly Personal use
Payment must be paid 100% beforehand
Permanent deadline/ skip waitlist/ rush deadline must be charged
@Wyne219 will have the same tos with me, you will pay separate fees for him shortly after you paid me in order to commission background from him
Process
It will take from 2~4 months for me to finish
If I have any problem such as: Health, family issues, etc..., you will be notified as soon as possible
I will send sketches from 14~20 days after receiving payment
You will have 2 sketch options to choose (please keep in touch with me in this part so the progress can be faster)
After confirming the color sketch, I don't update the process. You can still check process of your commision with me every 2 weeks. Please don't rush me, thank you
Commercial & Additional fees
Commercial use of the artwork must be agreed upon beforehand by the commissioner. However, clients can come back and purchase the rights for digital or merchandise if they wish to do so. Commercial commissions will be prioritized before personal use commissions.

All commission is allowed up to 2 changes; after that, there will be a 20$ fee per fix.
I, the artist, am allowed to post all personal work online. If you don't want me to post the artwork on social media, there is a fee. For commercial artwork, the client can determine if I can post the work or not.

Normal custom character design option (400$). I will create a character based on your description. This is just for the design fee. The complexity of the character will be charged differently. This custom fee allows you to have up to 15 changes: 10 during sketches and color test, 3 after lineart and base color, and 2 times after the final draft. Please try to condense all the changes into 1 long paragraph
Payment
All prices are in USD. Please calculate the cost in your respective currency on your own before requesting
Transactions will occur through PayPal and Zelle. You can either send me your email for an invoice or send the money directly to my PayPal email. For Zelle, don't hesitate to contact me for more information
The client is responsible for any type of transfer or international fee. This is why friend and family transfer is highly recommended.
All transactions must be made UPFRONT 100%
For all personal commissions, the transaction will be made via friend and family transfer. I've had my fair share of people starting a dispute right after getting their finished artwork, and Paypal refuses to help. Furthermore, you will be able to save on the transfer fees. If this is your first time commissioning and the total of your order exceeds 300$, I allow the first 25% of the price to be paid via business transfer
